Suitable method to fill hole!
Please can someone give me some guidance on a type of sealant or mastic type of substance to seal the hole in the photo.

Many thanks.

Potentially “ QuikSteel Steel Reinforced Epoxy Putty Metal Repair.” Coated on exterior with underseal and sanded and painted on the interior.

Dum Dum putty would be the way I would go with a gap like that I think - https://www.woolies-trim.co.uk/p-1979-body-caulking-10-strips

Waterproof, doesn't dry out and if you are inclined you can paint on top of it.

I would first try to find what has caused the hole in the first place, especially if it is some form of galvanic corrosion. I am not very keen on those stainless steel finishers! 1988 90 Hard Top, 19J Diesel Turbo, Shire Blue - Restoration ongoing
