At least you could pick it up. My dealer totally f'kd up so I could see it, smell it and touch it but couldn't collect it. They also left knife marks on the roof and rails taking off the wrapper that I only discovered cleaning bird mess off the sun roof. And 3 months on, they still owe me money!

You definitely had a better experience!

@Moo, that is proper shoddy service. But when yopu collect and notice a scratch on the drivers door, it goes back to the detail bay to be sorted and it's not, but you don't notice until you get home. So you call them only to be told " it's only a small scratch"
