Emergency services in Hampshire seek 4X4 vehicle owners Do you own a 4X4 vehicle and have good knowledge of how it operates? Have you got experience of using your 4X4 in extreme weather or other challenging conditions? Would you like to volunteer with the emergency services and other agencies using your vehicle to support the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Local Resilience Forum in times of need? All 4X4 volunteers need to go through a vetting process, have a clean driving licence and at least three years of driving experience. You would need to be available to help at short notice and at different times of the day. Mileage costs and out of pocket expenses will be met. If you have a 4X4 and are interested in this new and rewarding volunteering opportunity please email hq.volunteers@hampshire.pnn.police.uk |

SWMBO and I are both members of the local 4x4 Response Team - fairly busy last year and expecting to be this year too. John

Get in touch with your local Parish Council too, as they should have an emergency plan, which includes local 4x4 owners who are will to help out. 1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top
