[Wanted] Ashcroft automatic Centre console
You never know, someone might have bought one and never fitted it…

Looking to buy an Ashcroft automatic centre console for a 300TDi - the one I’m after is the NAS style with the hole for the Disco I shifter.

They are still available new, but quite pricey.

Thanks.

No worries at all buddy, thanks for checking it out for me.

I’ll give it a couple of weeks and if no bites then I’ll write a rather large cheque to Mr. Ashcroft.

I bought one a couple of years ago. It's ok but nothing special and I question its worth for what I paid. Sure, it's convenient, and much better than what was there before, which was basically nothing. But I wish I'd had the time to build my own custom one. Not a slab sided box nailed together out of plywood or MDF and covered with sticky backed plastic. Something a bit more stylish and practical. One day, maybe.

Yes i agree with this, whist look good, they take up an awful of room in the cab and provide a very small not secure cubby box

Thanks all - good advice and I'll keep looking.

And, Geoblock, thank you for the link to the console - it looks very nice, but I am looking for a genuine/repro NAS unit as its to go with my pile of bits I've been collecting to build an aesthetically bang-on NAS 90.

No doubt its far better made than the factory one though.
