What do you want to monitor in particular?
Would a Madman gauge be suitable? http://madman.co.za/ems3-2/ I have the previous version of this (EMS2) in Miffy and it has paid for itself time and time and time and time again. |

Will check out the MadMan link, thanks! |

Oh my I think I Fuh for Failed with that reply. Apologies Ob1...
Ok, from what I understand the Puma will allow for a scan gauge or a nanocom evo to be run permanently plugged in to the OBD port. The reason I like the MadMan gauge is because it is not OBD based and only takes up the space of one 52mm gauge on my dash. It is conveniently placed so a quick glance is all I need to see what is going on. The MadMan gauge will do all you need and more. |

Anyone had any experience with the ScanGuage 3?
https://www.scangauge.com/products/productsscangauge-iii/ The OBD port looks like it's very big - can't see how that would fit in the socket with the plastic cover closed ... |

For an obd2 Bluetooth reader that links with your phone you use a 90 degree connector on a flat cable extension and mount the obd2 reader on one of the shelves either side of the steering column.
You can use the same cable on a scanguage etc. You should be able to close the fuse box lid, if not loosen off the bolts holding the obd2 connector to the fuse box mounting and push it back. The cables are available on auction sites etc. |

Yep that’s the type. If you are leaving the reader in the vehicle you can get one with an inline switch to cut power to the reader when ignition off. Else it will potentially be draining the battery. My OBDlink LX reader has auto power down and a security code, both of which are needed if you leave connected to vehicle when locked and not in use.
