'car did something unexpected ' message at Gridserve

Hi ,

Anyone else had this issue recently at a rapid charger. I plug in, tap my card on the reader, initialising begins. After twenty five seconds it cuts off with the message that the 'car did something unexpected.'
I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the update that keeps the infotainment system working when the ignition is off but the car not locked?
Still charging normally at home.

It's still not great out there when it comes to public chargers. Demand outstripping supply in places and regular faults. I'm glad with a PHEV I have the option to drive on, just with normal LR fuel economy.
