How about father and son, Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Dads 200TDI Date of first registration September 1993 Mine TD5 Date of first registration June 2003 10 years part from each other My dads is a early registered L plate, but a later 200 tdi, this one has the later 300 TDi stuff on. They found that out, when the came to order axle stuff for it. Also last year i bought my dad the TD5 County setup, basically it now rocks vented front brakes and a heavy duty drive flanges at the front, A lot more easier to work on compared to mine, under the bonnet. His engine though looks like a sow machine compared to the TD5 lump i have . Mine has the later dash and bulk head removed, Never spent that much on this one compared to my old one, but this one is a much, much better land rover. Me and my dad have just started to dip our toes in with the later TD5 stuff, We did change the fuel pump on mine. Both cracking motors, and yes that is a peugeot 306 HDI, that i have owned for 16 years! which is my practical classic and saves the day when one of these has to be pulled off the road. Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back Success is 90% Inspiration and 4 minutes Preparation # you can make it! |

Love it. If you don’t have kids or they aren’t old enough to drive yet you best get saving for another one for a Grandpa, Father, Son photo. Lol
