Mines all LED, really pleased with it.
Most popular options and best performing are Noldens and JW Speaker + RDX or Wipac LED for sidelights, indicators etc etc. You can really do what you like combination wise. Other headlight options that are not Nolden or JW Speaker could be Trucklite and some others too. Though for value and performance in that bracket I’d seriously consider Wipac Crystal with upgrade H4 incandescent bulbs and Land Reiziger headlight upgrade loom that improves performance. The upgrade loom is forward and backward compatible wether you have LED or standard. Though LED headlights use significantly less current via the switch than standard, using the upgrade loom and relay means the load though the switch is reduced to a very low current. As well as performance, benefits include, high waterproofing and reliability. More rapid illumination, less heat, lower current draw. The only downside is snow build up is possible, though reduced if you use a product like Rain X on them. You can get heated LED headlights but they are significantly expensive, the ones I’ve seen I didn’t like either. No heat production and snow has never been a problem to me though, and if ran for a while they will still produce warmth but not when completely cold. I had Wipac Crystals and all the rest LED for ages, that’s a good combo for budget but then went and got Noldens at a later date. $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R 🇬🇧🏴🏴🏴🇮🇪🇺🇸⛽️🛢️⚙️🧰💪 |

I have Wipac LED all round for the small lights. The headlights are Vortex Vision X, not the least expensive option but they're the best headlights I've had on any car ever.
It depends on your usage. I live out in the sticks and thus do a lot of driving on small unlit and unmarked roads in the winter evenings; especially now the clock have changed. If you live in a city and drive under street lights most of the time, powerful headlights with a good beam pattern is not so important. |

I’m no expert and someone will be along to correct me/add to this shortly I’m sure but I’m fairly sure that’s usually cured by using the RDX LED relay
