Meridian sound
As only one sound system is now available on the current Defender - Meridian 025LN, anyone know if the is the mid range 800 watt system rather than the base 300 watt? Thanks

If it just says meridian it’ll be the 400w system rather than the 800w surround sound. Decent enough system, had it my 90 and now in the 110. 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue

The top line Meridian is not that great a system tbf. Mines buzzy at a certain frequency. Nowhere near the clarity crispness and power of a BOSE. Pangy 90 HSE 250 with off-roady bits 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 ⛰

Since my RRS with the 1700w Meridian Surround sound left my drive in 2018 no car audio system has sounded great except the Harmon Kardon system in my Mini S E which is nearly as good but as I mostly listen to speech radio these days audio quality in the Defender isn’t a problem although Classic FM doesn’t sound to awful on that car’s system. The thing that really makes you appreciate the Min’s HK system though is there is very little road/engine/wind noise in the background so it has to be really good not to highlight speaker imperfections. Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!
