Wales 2010 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 USW Santorini Black
injector overhaul
Hi all

I am going to change my injector seals what gaskets will i need and would I need to change the stretch bolts?

Rocker cover, copper seals, I believe there is another rubber seal? genuine? 2016 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 TDV8

Hello Bear,

Sorry I have just seen your post. I have done this job on my 2010 2.4 Defender twice now. You will need to buy new stretch bolts, and copper washers. I also did buy the small o rings and the bigger black o ring seals that fit into the rocker cover, I didnt need to replace the latter 2 items. I also took the injectors to a local spacialist for cleaning and setting/checking. Make sure the seats where the copper washers fit are very clean, and you work to the torque setting plus the 180 degree advance for the stretch bolts. Good luck. Thumbs Up
