Had multiple warnings including Emegency Braking unavailable, ABS faults and finally brake fluid low only a few hundred meters from leaving home. Nursed it home, I couldn’t see any visible brake fluid leaks, faults still there after a restart so called LR Assist.
After taking various plastic covers off under the bonnet the technician confirmed brake fluid very low but no immediate sign of a leak. A bit more investigation he spotted a leak from the valve block adjacent to the master cylinder located below the reservoir tank, with 3 pipes entering it all wet, fluid also in the tray below it all. Really hard to spot without taking bits off and would be hard to spot by the road side so be warned. Car now sat on the drive awaiting recovery to the dealers on Tuesday and see what they come back with, no doubt will be a wait for parts given current shortages of everything it seems.
