[Wanted] defender wanted now found

90 or 110 considered, must be 2005 onwards in good condition.
no vans or pickups

2003 Defender 110 Td5 G4 Challenge Tangiers Orange

Hello, not a 2005 but a vgc 110 in Silver. I can send the eBay link if required. I didn’t want to paste it in case I break the forum rules. 2003 110 G4 used in 03 and 06 events - its well travelled.

Any reason why you want a Station Wagon after 2005?
Vehicles registered between April 2006 to around 2010 the road tax will be around £580/year.
Before or after that period will cost half as much, check carefully before buying.

Depending on where you live and where you want to drive it, the registration class will affect the ongoing costs.
(car before 2010, commercial after)

Not all defenders have the high tax bracket after 2008 ... we have 2.2 110 from 2012 and 2014 which are the lower tax bracket ... its all about the paper work and how the vehicle is classified by the taxation office as far as I’m aware..
