Gearbox and diff oil… what are folks using?

Hi all

I’m just looking at a full fluids service on my 2002 Defender 90 TD5 and have come to a halt at the gearbox and diffs.

I was looking at Mannol 75W80 fully synthetic for the gearbox. Anyone here used this?

What are folks putting in their diffs?

Hi,

I used castrol epx 80/90 in diffs, MTF94 in main box and castrol syntrans 75/90 in transfer box.

Mike 2004 Defender 90 Td5 CSW
2002 Discovery 2 td5 GS (gone)
1994 Defender 90 300Tdi CSW (gone)
