Netherlands 2011 Defender 130 Puma 2.4 HCPU Sumatra Black
Unusual glow plug “failure”
I’ve had an intermittent problem with the glow plug circuit since I bought the car a few months ago: the 60A fuse under the RH seat blows (not every start - just now and then) and throws up a P037D error. I thought it was probably a short in the harness. Today the inlet manifold came off - and the cause was found…

Probably rattling around down there for years… nearly lost it down the intake Shocked

As an aside - the amount of crud in the intake/manifold was not a nice thing to see Confused Some cleaning required. 2011MY 130 HCPU: daily driver
1979MY RRC 2-door: on the drive, in the garage & in a shed - all at the same time.
