Help what could these be?
My wife's friends gardener has just dug 2 of these out of garden.

One has no8 on it one no12.

Any idea what they are? They are concerned they could be from a world war...

We found some in the garden of a house we used to own too. Any thoughts as to why people keep burying them?!

Possibly thrown by builders during a house renovation onto a patch of ground that was then turned into the garden?

We keep finding glass jars and bottles under the soil in our garden. Sadly no pots of gold though Crying or Very sad

^ I've old glass containers some clean up quite nicely..


Apparently there is a car under it somewhere... We did find a number plate but nothing comes up on a search Smile
