Battery alarm problems
Has anyone had problems with the alarm connected to the battery. i.e. the alarm that goes off when you disconnect the battery.

I've been having some issues lately. It goes off when I turn the ignition. At first I opened the battery box and made sure of the connection. That would sort it out. But I have tightened that negative terminal, and this morning the same thing happened. It went of but stopped emediately.

Then all my settings are wiped out on the radio and odometer, so surely it points to the negative terminal somehow loosing connection?

Where on the chassis does it connect to? Close to the front or just outside the battery box?
