Aviva experience?
Hi all, premium renewal time again. Been happy with NFU for past few years, but premium gone up again and is now £415 for a 90 td5.
Quick search on go compare reveals an Aviva quote of £240.
Anybody any past experience with Aviva, in particular when having to make a claim?

I was insured (through A-Plan) with Aviva for a few years. Never had a claim, and I suppose that’s the only way you can ever know how good an insurer is.
I know a few people over the years who were insured with them. Living in Norfolk, they are or at least were a major employer in Norwich so there are plenty of employees around who use them. I expect they get a good discount!
I’ve never heard any horror stories about them if that’s any help?

Whilst not for car insurance I had a large travel insurance claim with Aviva after easyJet let us down. Aviva were great and reimbursed all our costs unlike our friends who got nothing from their insurance.

Aviva are one of the better insurance companies out there, well recommended especially if they are giving you a competitive quote. Even worth paying a little bit more to be with them.

Avoid anything with Markerstudy… had nothing but bad experiences with them Whistle Ride like you stole it!!
If I’m not on a bike it’s because only a 4x4 will do…
