Guess the OP has 2 problems to solve. The first is how to upload pictures.
There is a button “Choose Photos” or if using mobile device, can use “Choose/Take Photo”. Then select “Upload”. They look like seat belt receiver brackets for under the seat box.

Yup, front seatbelt brackets which fit between the chassis and front seatbox.
