To remove the side panel:
2. Remove the two fir tree fixings from the lower edge, within the seat recess. 3. Remove the large fir tree fixing from the leading edge of the panel, within the side door recess. 4. Unbolt the lower fixings for the second and third row seat belts. 5. Pull the lower edge of the panel towards you and then lift to release the clips along the top edge that sit in the roof internal gutter. To fit the clips on the end panel, push the smaller opening - the side nearer to the white squiggle in your picture - onto the metal bracket on the panel. You'll see two sharp teeth on the return and these sometimes need bending back into shape, or the whole thing needs squashing slightly with pliers, so that the clip will grip properly. The wider part of the clip then gets pushed on to the metal lip of the door opening, typically with a thump on the panel from the palm of your hand. Hope that helps. Lucky that your clip did not break. The quarter panel trim are a b!+c# to prise out. I tried applying some grease on the paint work for the clip to ‘slide’ easier for the next time (which was soon after, as wanted a reversing camera) but not much of an improvement. Hence I stocked my spares bin

Thanks Darren and Dinnu. Great Info!
I wasn't sure whether or not the clips went in the brackets first or on the frame and then pushed into the brackets. |

My clips broke. Does anybody know where I can get some replacements or what they are called so I can search for some? |

If you put that part number into eBay, you'll also find lots of options. Darren
