Done.
Why did they put the nuts in such a difficult place? Was not as easy as I hoped it would have been, but then what is. Hopefully got the springs the right way up, and at the right sides. My 200 tdi 110 had it's factory fitted shocks changed after 28 years of age. 1982 88" 2.25 diesel

Have you also done the fronts? 🤣 I do not think there is a specific orientation of the spring, although for progressive springs, Landrover used to orient them with the softer part towards the chassis. But seen aftermarket ones, with softer side towards the axle. Not done the fronts yet. Although that looks like a ball ache or a task.
Been out for a trip to heybridge basin and very pleased with the ride, or maybe the placebo effect |
