[For Sale] Fairey Capstan Winch
I have for sale my Fairey capstan winch, with everything you need to make it work on a series Land Rover. (It’s on my petrol series 2a at the moment!)

I’m looking for offers around £1500

It’s been sat on my Landy for 3 years since I refurbished it with new gaskets and paint.

My Landy has been parked in the garage when not in use, so the winch has had a sheltered life!

I’ve never used it other than after the refurb to pull a car along the drive to check it all worked properly. I have engaged the winch every month at least to keep everything running properly.

Any questions please just ask.

As it’s heavy I’d prefer not to post, but if you want to arrange a courier/pallet collection I’m happy to help where I can.

You can include a 20-25m(maybe longer!) manila rope for the winch, with a spliced hook on the end, as Land Rover originally supplied with the winch. This would be an extra £30.

Collection from Cullompton/Exeter. I could arrange delivery on occasion around Lyme Regis/Honiton area. 2011 2.4 110 Utility Wagon
