Hi, has anyone had dealings with www.safari-equip.co.uk ? The reason I ask is I'm after a fuel tank and made an inquiry via e-mail and got a very swift reply. I followed this with another e-mail, but nothing. I tried a few days later and again nothing. Does anyone know if they are still trading or are simply away?

I've bought stuff off them recently, ring them, straight through and delivered next day.

Yes, I have several of their products (including things they custom modified to my requirements) and rate them highly.
They are also apparently "just down the road" from Brendan at 4x4Overlander. Brendan sells many of their products and if you order through him he can visit them to chase them up if necessary. Last edited by blackwolf on 28th Mar 2022 10:55am. Edited 1 time in total |

I would suggest going via Brendan at 4x4 Overlander as he deals with them and his comms are spot on. I have their rock sliders, a challenge to fit, but very happy once they were on. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

They are a small firm and the IT person has ten thumbs but i get the impression they are awash with orders and once they get around to you they do provide an excellent service! Their products are robust and fantastic and once they do see you their post sale service is excellent!

Thanks everyone for the feedback and the good news they are still with us. I do like to send an e-mail rather than pick up the phone but perhaps thats what I need to do!
