Heater blower
Had to replace the wing ducting and now I know why the previous person decided to delete it. What an awkward job only made worse by having AC.

Next job drilling out a snapped half shaft bolt. So yay. I suppose it's a baptism of fire for me.

Good luck. 8 months into ownership and I still love my 90 but so mich work and and so much left to do.
I fitted one piece rear drive shafts from a Disco 1 - cleared a lot of the clonk, A Frame joint did the rest! Was so worried about the bolts snapping but luckily all went well.
Currently ripping out, stripping, cleaning and refitting the EGR, inlet manifold, intercooler and VCV. Hands are shredded and only one failed bolt so far! 2009 Defender 90 CSW 2.4 TDCI.

Good news about the half shafts. I changed the diff oil after I replaced mine. Quite a strange colour 😟 2009 Defender 90 CSW 2.4 TDCI.
