Most of it was fine, but one section was sandpapering the paint etc...doesn't bother me too much, but it wouldn't be suitable for a group run. 2011 110 USW

I don't own one for a start. This is the lane I mentioned that could do with a bit of clearing, and some time to do the job. If anyone is up for it I would help out. 2011 110 USW 1973 Series III 1-Ton 1972 Series III 1-Ton Cherrypicker 1969 IIA 1-Ton 1966 IIA 88" |

I've got a mini chainsaw/hedge trimmer/brushcutter combi unit..... Can bring it along on the 9th if that lane is planned or indeed, can lend a hand clearing it at some other time. Jon - 110 td5 [sold]. Currently Defenderless. |

No this is the one we decided to drop, it really needs a good day on it. I think it would be a positive move though to trim it and make it accessible again. Legally they should have three metres clearance I understand. We won't be doing it on the 9th but can arrange another date depending on when folks are available. 2011 110 USW 1973 Series III 1-Ton 1972 Series III 1-Ton Cherrypicker 1969 IIA 1-Ton 1966 IIA 88" |

If that lane is a problem it is worth speaking to the local Land Rover club as the national green lane clearance day takes place in October.
These are generally supported by the Council who will provide insurance and in some cases tools as well - no power tools (again for insurance reasons). Those that i have done are good fun and an exuse to catch up with friends. Mark |

They meet in Bicester, in the Chiarman's front room.
I head to Stone, near Thame, to meet with the Aylesbury Land Rover Fanatics www.muddyduck.co.uk 2002 Defender 110 DC |
