First of all I just wanted to say thank to all the contributors on this forum. I felt I went in to the process with JLR with my eyes open and felt fully armed with all the wealth of info I have gleaned.
I'd like to pay some of that back once I learn of deliver dates etc (not sure if we allowed to comments on specific dealers so I will keep it clean) I went for a D90 x dynamic HSE, with a few options in Air, Country pack, Roof rails,Extended black and the Interior protection pack. On the order I also asked for the 'Clearview' option. The dealer took my order and it was on the configurator but the caveat that this may not be in the build- Kind of odd given I thought they would have a clear view (excuse the pun) to inventory levels all be it scarce. Like many others I was quoted a 9-12 Month window (given a Jan 22 order) so not that bad. I sense there are a lot of experience Land Rover folks here, but I am not at all ashamed to say I am a green newbie here

Welcome to the forum dkm2103, looks like a good spec you have chosen and hopefully you don't have to wait for too long for delivery.

I'm loving the white, I've had a couple of black Land Rovers and they just never seemed to be clean plus they did seem to scratch very easily, at least with the white you can't see the scratches
 It also has a ceramic coat so that help to keep it clean and makes it easier to wash Cheers Ian

Great, I am thinking the same. Needs a ceramic coat - it is a good big bigger than a Macan to wash.
Also, its free as well. just fancy a changed, plus going for an HSE - black roof and larger black wheels with black packs. Lets make white a come back. |

I've gone fuji white too with the extended black pack plus the wheel arch protection in gloss black to match the XDynamic trim think it will look just right. Just sold a black one and it looked great clean but 2 mins and it was filthy again.

great, I am scouring the internet for pics - Fuji White or Hakuba Silver, black pack with 22 black wheels or might go urban wheels. Needs black side steps and a wee spoiler (maybe).
going round in circles, might get lock down call any day soon. |
