Heated Windscreen Issues

Evening all,

Was wondering if I could get some advice/guidance regarding my heated windscreen.

Two weeks ago when we had some v/cold weather noticed my heated windscreen had stopped working. On initial inspection all looks fine- no breakages in the screen, no fuses broken all looks ok...

So started looking deeper with a multi meter, across the screen it's measuring 3000ohms (which admittedly I think is an awful lot) and when power supplied 14V with 0.02A.

It's also an aftermarket screen (NordGlass) which probably doesn't help the situation. The connectors don't look rather robust either.

Has anyone had similar issues? Any easy solutions?

2002 Defender 90 Td5 CSW Buckingham Blue

As I'm here looking for advice on how to fit my wiring loom for my new heated screen, thought I'd pop and check resistance on my brand new screen and it is showing 5 ohms... at a guess you have a very poor connection somewhere.

Can't tell you what my current draw is as I haven't got it powered yet.
