Replace it with 6mm id rubber fuel hose and clips. It doesn't have to be nylon pipe. Get it from any motor factors.

I think is just 3/8 plastic fuel line that you shape with heat, and use barbed fittings.
Like this sort of thing. |

I was looking at fuel pipes on Paddocks site, and they seem to be able to supply a few (special order), looking very similar to the original plastic pipes - my originals still look like new.. but my new lift pump has ports on the top side instead of the sides. I ended up ordering a lift pump with the ports on the sides. 1988 90 Hard Top, 19J Diesel Turbo, Shire Blue - Restoration ongoing
