2009 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 XS DCPU Zermatt Silver

Puma tdci 2.4 not starting just spins over. Need HELP

So my puma 2.4 is not starting and so to cut a long story short, it spins over with gusto but will not fire.
I have replaced the Battery, New Starter motor, New Cam sensor and have checked all fuses and relays and checked that the earth’s are good and has no Fault codes.
The problem comes when I plug my diagnostics tool in to check the live data! So when I turn the key and spin the engine over my diagnostics tool turns off and the screen go black. But as soon as I turn the key back to position two it comes back on to the startup screen. Can someone please shed some light on this please.
