I have almost the same spec. Are you happy with the Nokian LT3 365/60r20 winter tires? Also, do you notice any rubbing in the lowest suspension setting?

It was supposed to come with the LT3, but Nokian managed to launch the Hakkapeliitta 10 SUV 275/55-60 after that, so my car actually has those. And the 10 SUVs have been good tyres so far. Lots of grip in snow and on ice, and they are not noisy at all on a Defender.
I'm still waiting for more snow to come so I could test the capability in deep snow. 22MY Defender 110 P400e SE w/ Off-Road Pack, Driver Assist Pack, Cold Climate Pack, Comfort & Convenience Pack + ClearSight Rear-View Mirror & 11.4" Infotainment Screen |

Oh, I see. The R10 is sold out here. When you get the chance to test them in deeper snow, please share your experience if you remember. I'm curious how they do. My past experience is that most top winter tires is good on ice and packed snow, but I have mixed experience in deeper snow (unless they're really narrow). Interested to see how the R10 do.
