I have Climair ones on the 90 and find them quite useful only slight issue is they very slightly obscure your line of sight

Climair, but i don’t bother with the clips… they sit fine without them and make the job fiddly.

My wife has them fitted on her VW T6, like "90 Dreamer" above ... I find they can slighty obstruct your view and are held in place with metal clips ...

My T5 also has them but they were OE VW ones and don't have any unsightly clips.....

I’ve had the climair ones on for about a year, one of the best mods I’ve ever done, esp on hot wet days in the summer in a td5 with no ac they are brilliant

Her T6 clips are not visible, they fit into the recess channels of the window glass. 2010 Defender 90 300Tdi CW (White/1994) 2021 Defender 90 300Tdi SW (Blue/1994) |

No clips on my climair ones, works fine. I'm not sure I'd trust stick on ones especially if you go laning.

Tinted but i didn’t realise it until they arrived, I’d go for clear if i got another pair, it’s not bad but i couldn’t be bothered to send them back

Lots of replies all saying you have the Climair ones.
How far do they protrude from the outer door frame? My initial thoughts was I prefer the Britpart look. But Climair seem to be the firm favourite here |

My Dad has the climair ones on his Discovery 2, they have been on for years, effective and a good fit no problems with them

Just put a question on about these wish I had asked people before trying but they where easy to fit. I have put Clim-air wind deflectors on I ordered and waited 6 weeks for Clim-air clear ones fitted them as the instructions said with a bit of washing up liquid but got a bit tight at the top but the window went up and down as they should for a week or so then the winder went free and then on closing the door the window fell down anyway I have taken them out as the window was tight at the top on the passenger side too I have put the window back on and added sealant to the two clips it sits in I do want to refit them as I like to unwind the window now and again without getting soaked any ideas on these being fitted without damaging the window. I did have the outside stick on type on the Puma and tinted but struggled to see out of the top of the passenger window due to the them being tinted and they don't do clear that is why I have gone with Clim-air. The only thing I can think why this happened is that the wind deflector gripped the window and when I wound down the window the grip has dislodged the 2 clips under the door panel the window sits on. Thanks |
