Yep, they are the 'factory' ones. Hopefully someone can advise you on the correct position to mount them. 1985 127 V8 Build Thread

Weren't they the same part as fitted to Austin Maestro vans?
Seem to recall that they were deleted after a few years as they were prone to allowing water in. Having lived with an unlined hardtop I have to admit condensation is not a lot of fun but a headlining cures it completely. If you want a pure utility however then ventilation should help. ONE LIFE, GET IT! |

 prone to allowing water in. That bit made me laugh as being in a Defender you would think condensation would not be an issue. whist searching about the vents on here I found an older post mentioning the Maestro.
My issue is wet tools and clothing being in the back from work and no heated window in the back door it soon fogs up which then would cause the headliner and other material to start to get mould on |

No probs. They should be ok, the vents are only above the door section

I filled mine in with mastic..... back of the 110 kept getting full of dust being sucked in.
