United Kingdom 2011 Defender 90 Puma 2.2 PU Tamar Blue
persistent vibration
Hello,

I've had my 2011 90 pickup now for just over a year and I'm now getting the hang of driving it, mostly. Actually I love it!

I've youtubed most of the bits that needed fixing. One thing that's niggling is a loudish vibration sound beneath passenger floor panel and slightly further forward. It only happens between 1400/1500 rpm in all gears except 1st and when accelerating only. Does not happen in low range or diff lock. There is a slight pinion seal leak on back axle but no other signs underneath and there don't seem to be any loose fixings in the area. Any advice welcome before I take it to specialist.

Thanks.

Check the prop shaft UJ’s, in particular nearest the leak area. $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R
