Dead Wipers & Wash Help
Hi, hoping I can seek some help. I've found some similar issues but not 100% sure these are the same so seeking some guidance before I replace stuff.
My wipers stopped while in use a while ago and I cant' get them going again. Fuses look OK although there's a question about the orientation of my fuses as an early 07 (well the bulkhead is, the vehicle is actually a V8 90 but has all standard TDCi wiring for the bulkhead and dash).
The washer at on the end of the stalk also stopped.
I've changed the stalk thinking maybe its failed and taken wash and wipe out but that hasn't made a difference. Relay has now been changed but again, no difference.
If I connect a live to the connector behind the steering shroud, I can make the washer pump work on the blue line in this pic and make the wipers go if I put a live to the yellow one. Other connections do nothing. Am I right thinking the other connections use the park switch therefore its likely thats failed????
