Its for the engine breather heater fitted to Russian market vehicles (part number LR020052). Live supply with ignition on via central junction box - fuse 5.

Im not sure how it could be useful but perhaps it could save someone some time running tidy wires to find the correct male connector to mate to this plug and have an ignition on power source up by the front of the landy. Dont know what but maybe someone can think of a use!
