2008 Defender 90 Puma 2.4 SVX Soft Top Santorini Black

[now sorted] 36 spline steering wheel.

Wanted a standard 36 spline steering wheel in good condition, must be local or willing to post.

NOW SORTED ended up with 2

Formerly mao99999
16 Focus RS Nitrous Blue.

4 spoke 36 spline before 200tdi was introduced.
36 spline was also used on Td5 till MY98 Puma on CSW only. 1988 90 Hard Top, 19J Diesel Turbo, Shire Blue - Restoration ongoing

Those steering wheels are very scarce...

When I wanted one, I bought the cheapest 48 spline I could find on ebay... I thought that what I save from the purchase price, I can spend in a 48 spline column. When it was delivered it turned out to be a 36 spline

The lotto offices were still open that day, but I passed, as I cannot be lucky twice on the same day

are you sure your defender is a 36 spline? My 300 was a 48, if you want a wheel with a fake air bag, then you are looking at a puma

^^^ probably one of the first CSWs that was with the 'fake' airbag 36 spline.

Yes definitely a 36 spline

only the CSW were fitted with 36 columns why?

Bit of a odd one a late 300 TDI over lapping with TD5 lots of parts bin specials. Formerly mao99999

Dug the one out I bought for 07 puma, it didn't fit. This one has 36 splines from what I have managed to count. I bought it 2nd hand, it's sat on shelf since. Never even got around to test fit as sold the puma!

Happy to wrap if you book a courier. £60, that sound about right. Condition as shown.
