Order problems

Well I’m getting a bit peed off with my dealer.
The sale person rang me on Monday to say that I would have to change my order to a 23 model year and that there would be a small price increase, which I agreed to. They rang me back about a hour later to say that there was a problem as even though the D250 was still on the configurator the system would not let them order one, only the P400 was available in XS trim. I was then given the chance to reconfigure my build. I went down to the dealer and changed my order to a HSE. After a lot of messing about they then said that there was a problem with the system and they couldn’t enter the new build. At the same time another sales person said he thought the XS D250 was still available and that there could be a system problem. Left the dealer and they said they would get back to me. Hadn’t heard anything by Wednesday so rang them back. My Sales person was off sick so spoke to someone else who wasn’t really very helpful but when I said I wasn’t very happy with what was happening he said he would get to me. He left a message about an hour later saying that another salesman knew what was going on and would contact me. Heard nothing so rang again today to be told that the salesman was on their day off so I asked to speak to the sales manager. They couldn’t contact him so they left a message for him to ring me. Guess what nobody did.
When they contacted me on Monday they said that the order needed to be sorted out this week, well it’s Christmas Eve tomorrow, what’s the chances of this being done.
It’s now 6 months since I ordered the car and I haven’t a clue what’s going on. 110 XS 250 MY 23 Gondwana Stone, Cold climate pack and towbar

If they're this bad in taking your money, wait until you have a warranty fault......

l tried to order a D200 Commercial and was told they can't order the D200 and l would have to have the D250
l accepted the option (at a further £3,000) but was then told delivery would be 18 months.
