Hello, I'm new to this forum. I have a Def 110 TD5 (2004) and the rear door is cracking.. what would be your suggestions to fix that (see pictures)? thanks in advance

'swing away' spare wheel carrier to take the weight off the door and pass it onto the body and chassis, then door repair.

not an easy work to do..
in terms of door repair, do you have suggestions for the exterior? should I remove the crackling paint? what product should I use to cover then? I'm not an expert but I know how to use my hands.. thanks
