The DAGOR has been put through its paces on the tough sand dunes of Braunton Burrows: as part of the Future Commando Force experimentation and modernisation. I saw them last night going through Braunton on the way back to Chivenor air base, very impressive! Unfortunately it was dark so only street lit. 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon

The SMG (or whatever as i dont go guns as such) mounted on the top would be very handy for clearing the outside lane on the commute...........

There's just one question to be answered:
As previous Defender users, why don't the Royal Marines want the toughest Landrover ever built? |

Doh ! Probably because itโs not been fully trialled yet - Iโm getting a bit sick of the derogatory comments from certain forum members towards the new Defender - probably due to envy as they will never be able to afford one - get over it and move on 2017 Range Rover L405 Vogue SE V8 Diesel #16

Basically yes, the US spec ops forces have been using a diesel version for a while now. But I think theirs came with the plastic wheels with no air in them. Looked like a posh alloy wheel but was just a honeycomb of plastic and a solid band of rubber for the tyre. The chassis is completely different to say the sports UTV that I have. Although it looks very similar it is a completely different beast 110 D250 SE HT 110 USW SOLD RRE HSE Dynamic Gone, wife killed it VOLVO XC60 R Dynamic with some toys Polaris RZR 900XP SOLD |
