Front Door Check "Straps"
Have Just replaced the Check strap on the front left door on my 90, as the bracket was horrifically corroded(fortunately it doesn't appear to have spread much at all) I was slightly surprised to find the door opening to about 89 degrees vs 80 ish on the drivers side.

Have I missed a spacer or something that sits at the end of the channel the strap runs in to limit this or is this just a poor part from BearMach?

Seems a relatively easy fix ( stuff something in compressible up the channel of appropriate size) but surely this isn't designed like this?

The part I have fitted is MWC5019 - just occured to me this might be a puma/td5 difference and I've got a puma one ?

Have you got the rubber or plastic buffer block at the outer end of the new part? They are a separate part numbers.
