New Oil Leak - Front of Engine

Okay, so I have just got the car back from the garage after having a new high pressure fuel pump fitted and I have a noticed a new oil leak dripping onto the top of the front axle. This seems to be made worse by running the aircon. Just wondered if anyone has any pointers of what to do next and if at all I would get away with asking the garage to try and prevent it as it didn’t do it when I took it in.

Check your positive crankcase ventilation valve. People will tell you that there isn't one but there is - see here https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic79296.html > 110 XS Double Cab
