It would be nice to know on what criteria they use in making their decision. When I read "Retailer of the Year" I think about their sales performance against target. Question Defender 90XS SW

Not surprised to see Lakeland in top spot for customer service. Well deserved. I've had some pretty desperate experiences with dealerships all over the place, and with different makes, and this is one of the few I would go back to voluntarily.
