There is Priory Mill Farm, just north of Brecon. (Priorymillfarm.co.Uk). A small river side side. But they don’t accept dogs, or children.
Or Middle Ninfa Farm (middleninfa.co.uk). Not quite Brecon, but near Abergavenny, and it has a lake, and great views. Both are quite wild, if that’s what you want, 👍 AshbyAndy |

A little further north but Nash Oakland Wild Camping just outside Presteigne is highly recommended by quite a lot of people for it's remote quiet and peaceful location as well as abundance of different environments to camp ( buy the river or in the woods or out in the open )
We have just returned from there and we passed @matt110 who was also staying there but in a different part ( the place is huge! ) |

Again a little distance from the Beacons, but well worth a visit.
http://www.thebridgeinnmichaelchurch.co.uk/ Web site makes this place seem a little more plush than it is. Beautiful "middle of no where" country pub with small campsite. It started with a kiss, never thought it would come to this. SIII CSW Safari, limestone, (JAC 914N). Where is she now? It's not a car, it's a way of life! |
