After lots of saving followed by lots of searching, I have found my new ride! Collected yesterday and had a great drive up to Yorkshire.
Obviously a few mods to come such as fitting my winch and maybe some new boots!! Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Andy |

Same camera, same day! Think the camera is ageing a bit and the brighter light has cocked up the settings, blurred a bit too! Andy

Bumper and A-Bar will be coming off to fit the winch soon, might sell them on here if there is any interest. Andy

I designed and had fabricated, my own winch bumper, which is the same size and shape as the standard bumper, only its entirely made from 6mm steel and enables you to fit your existing polyurethane bumper. I'm chuffed with it!

+1! Great looking machine CFB! And in the best colour as well! Bet you're chuffed with it. Zag - Tonga Green seems to be particularly good at continuously changing colour, I don't think I have two pictures of mine that are the same. In bright sunshine it looks almost bronze green, but when it's cloudy it looks quite dark. Must be something to do with the metallic reflection in it. Maybe it's a stealth option - the chameleon Land Rover. 2005 Td5 | 90 Station Wagon | Tonga Green |

Never thought I'd actually find the spec I wanted in budget, it's an XS so has ABS/TC, Air Con, CDL, etc. Wasn't particularly looking for a utility as I need the extra seats but a couple of Exmoor trim's finest have brought it back to a 7 seater.
Toying with adding rear windows back in but might just leave it alone as I do rather like the look and yes, thanks for the comments the colour is spot on! It's had a remap too and goes like the clappers once it's rolling, so far very happy indeed! Andy |
