2011 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 USW Zermatt Silver

Disco Sport Service cost - £400 difference

How can one dealer charge £800 and another £382.57 for the same service???? Both telling me it's the correct one for what the vehicle needs. Yes, I did double-check.

As long as the logbook is stamped and it's up to date on the JLR system......

I had a similar issue with main dealer Honda a few years back one wanted £600 for an oil change 🙄
I pointed out another main dealer quoted £250 and they offered to match ….. I declined and went elsewhere.
I have zero confidence in any main dealers from any brand. Have fun be happy

This an issue for me. Servicing shouldnt be a box ticking exercise. I would much prefer a good independent (or even DIY) service over a main dealer FSH any day of the week
