Hi Neil.
My TD5 90 has genuine LR boosts with 265/75/R16s I changed from BFG to Pirelli scorpions. So pleased with them in all conditions. ![]() Click image to enlarge |

The only thing to check is whether your wheel rim width is appropriate for a 7.50 tyre. I don’t know what width those alloys are, but it’s possible they are too wide. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

what made you switch from BFG to Pirelli? In the 306 club Pirelli 6000s were known as ditch finders, Seen and heard a of a few 306 owners with smashed up 306s after the backends kicked out on them, Also had a pair on the rover metro, and would it hell pull away in 1st gear, i had to do 2nd gear pull away just so that the car would grip. But this is 10 years ago, and those said tyres were clocking on then. plus tyre tech has moved on, so not sure how pirelli are now, Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back In the words of my Good Friend, Gary Forrest 1980 -2025 " we will work something out" |

I'm pretty sure that 7 inch wide alloys are too wide for 7.50's and they would never have come like that from the factory. I wouldn't be comfortable using them, I'm afraid.
