My daughter's 1999 300 tdi went in for some work. Here is the invoice. I have no complaints. The last line is for a new number plate.

The parts came to £877 and the labour £1200. I just decided as the car was in for the crossmember replacement and exhaust I'd get a major service done. This will do my daughter for years to come. I'd notice the power steering fluid being low on her two last trips over and topped it up accordingly so I knew it was leaking. Turned out to be the pump which was changed.
If you got these things done in two or three trips it would probably cost more. Anyway as my daughter is away living elsewhere I wanted her 90 to be as trouble free as possible. After all it is 22 years old so some components were no doubt in need of a change! She has had it for just over a year and it has served her well. 1982 88" 2.25 diesel 1992 110 200tdi csw -Zikali 2008 110 2.4 tdci csw-Zulu 2011 110 2.4 tdci csw-Masai |
