Best advice I can give is to make 'new lr cat' a favourite google search.
If you go here you'll get a part number which you can plug into your preferred supplier. I'm currently helping a mate do a bulkhead swap, so I think he needs at least one of these. When I did my bulkhead I neded both. Fairly readily-available once you have the part no. Go to new lr cat; choose your vehicle; drill down to the right section; find your part number.
