Not sure when the model changes but it could be March 22, although DTD implied June / July for the MY change.

Is anything bigger than a nut, bolt or clip in stock?

I think it's not showing a lot of stock because the site J77 linked to is actually Jaguar Land Rover Classic Parts, so they only carry parts for classic Jag & LR. If you read the site description it states "Jaguar Land Rover Classic Parts was established to provide genuine parts for owners, caring for vehicles that have been out of production for 10 years or more" So although you can search the diagrams and find part numbers Jaguar Land Rover Classic Parts aren't going to be stocking any items specific to the new Defender, maybe the bolts and clips you have checked are in use on other older models Cheers Ian

I stumbled across it by accident whilst browsing the classics they had for sale, I was surprised it had new Defender on the classic site. 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue |

My mate has just had his 90HT cancelled. He then tried to change the build to a 110, but told, not possible your complete order has been cancelled. It's as though it never existed on the system.
Been told Sept 2022 at the earliest for a 90HT so I can see that going into 2023, if he ordered a 110 this week he's been quoted June/July 2021 for delivery. Talk about a complete shambles from LR about this. Mine was a June delivery date but now I'm not holding out hope for that either. I suppose it'll come when it comes. 110 D250 SE HT 110 USW SOLD RRE HSE Dynamic Gone, wife killed it VOLVO XC60 R Dynamic with some toys Polaris RZR 900XP SOLD |

How often is too often to pester your dealer? Last week he checked when I asked him via WhatsApp and he (casually) said it was put back 4 weeks. Should I expect it to go ahead in November or are they just keeping me hanging ?

Mine has been "referred up the line" and he will let me know when he has any more details.
Hard to argue when we ordered in April and cars ordered in June, including an XS version have been delivered. |

Very hands off so to speak. Was told 4 to 5months as we ordered as soon as the model was released and this aligned with Sept so no need to chase. We were then updated to end of October, but not confirmed, then to good news its now begining of Sept, and then dash gate.
I sense that he has noted a hardening in attiude following my first time call to him this Friday (message left) and my email over the weekend. Mid August it was going to be a mid Septmember delivery , but then the dash issue. Confirmed this is not acceptable on a >70k motor. Mid September, still no build date. What LR have no dashes? |
