If anything illustrates how the Land Cruiser is courting a somewhat different market from Defender these days, then it's this "accessory" from the US. Can't see a version of this appearing in the Britpart catalogue any time soon.

The 70 Series LC is still available to import to the U.K. Tough as old boots with bomb proof mechanicals. I have a 1997 Colorado, much better built than the Discovery of the same era IMO.

Reminds me of an article i read a number of years ago when in Minneapolis.
A carpenter started to get hate mail via Twitbook. The reason, he part exchanged his F250 for a newer model. The dealer as part of the deal was meant to have removed the sign writing. Yep, you guessed it. The vehicle was next seen, still sign written and being used by the Taliban. The article ended by saying the government was going to speak to the dealership........ Perhaps JLR should feel insulted that weirdy beardies would rather not use their products having spent all that time and money coming up with vegan friendly door handles or whatever...... |

So should I tell my local tree surgeon he's doing it all wrong?
As to mounting these sorts of weapons, I like the FIBUA version: Click image to enlarge |
