Saw this on ebay and reported it

Maybe we should have a dodgy ebay ad thread so then when they get spotted we can report them so they get taken down. |

there is loads like this i was looking at a Harley last week same thing . eBay shot me down in flames for selling a Stanley knife even though there was no blades yet some poor sole can get scammed for thousands

eBay took one of my listings down immediately and admonished me. My crime was to let potential bidders know my used motorcycle clothing has a gortex lining. Apparently it’s a massive misdemeanour to mention a trademark name even though it was still gortex! Yet it’s ok to put up fraudulent listings such as the Tomb Raider in question here - which is still an active listing despite being reported by fellow members here (and myself).

Have reported all sorts over the years and they couldn't give any less of a shoite.......
Common one a few years back was a bootleg music CD that the band in question had never even made!! Ebay apparently took my concern seriously and looked into it so much that multiple Eastern European listings were added daily..........  |

I’m currently looking for a VW T5, probably 1 in 5 adds are fake on eBay and I spend most of my time reporting adds instead of reading about genuine vehicles it’s so frustrating, like above I’ve also had legit adds pulled for silly things
